NAS Recruitment Communications is a recognized leader in the specialized field of human resource communications. Within our 38-office network, we combine best-of-class service delivery with global, national and local market expertise. Our client partners experience a distinct competitive advantage through the utilization of the NAS Demand Chain, a proprietary process map designed to deliver customized talent management solutions and maximize recruitment strategy ROI.
Founded in 1947, NAS Recruitment Communications began as a recruitment-focused advertising agency based in Cleveland, Ohio. As word of our expertise and commitment spread, we began exploring new horizons – opening offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. Today, NAS has a 38-office network and is the industry’s leader in providing localized information to clients.
A pioneer in the field, NAS took a leading role in nearly every development that human resource communications has seen over the past five decades. We’ve taken our clients through the introduction of the Internet and online recruiting, sophisticated advances in applicant tracking, and the development of technology-based solutions for applicant engagement.
In June of 2000, NAS joined forces with McCann Worldgroup to maximize our combined recruitment expertise on an international level. McCann is part of The Interpublic Group of Companies, the world’s largest marketing communications firm. Our synergistic approach has created efficiencies and expanded employment branding possibilities for shared clients in every industry.
NAS is the only recruitment communications firm whose entire employee base has been formally trained in TQ processes. Knowledgeable personnel, who are dedicated to management by prevention and error-free work, receive ongoing instruction and development in order to maintain reliable, proactive relationships with all clients.
Because of our commitment to Total Quality, NAS excels in every category of our quarterly independent client survey. Proudly, we continue to improve our rating on subjects such as dependability, knowledge, service and overall value. The TQ process also encourages and rewards employees for their extraordinary efforts. Ultimately, it allows every one of us at NAS to stay focused on our most important goal: 100% client satisfaction.
NAS Co-Chairmen, Jim Miller and John Stepien, have critical roles in developing and expanding the NAS brand in the specialized field of recruitment communications.
Jim Miller, responsible for a wide variety of operations at the agency, oversees finance, technology, corporate information and key internal systems. He joined NAS in 1983, following a distinguished professional career in finance, sports and entertainment organizations.
Jim Miller has held the key roles of Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer over the past 22 years. "We look forward to continuing the process of growing this agency and its capabilities to serve clients in the ever evolving field of recruitment communications. The solutions that we have put in place over the last several years have clearly positioned us as the agency of choice in the marketplace. We anticipate a future with ever greater promise for excellence in service to our clients."
John Stepien has had a key role with NAS for over 30 years, including the last three as agency President and Chief Revenue Officer. "We are extremely proud and excited to have this opportunity. We will continue to invest in the talent and technology necessary to accomplish these goals for our clients."
