Da-Com is a customer-focused company, now in its second century serving the document management needs of St. Louis area businesses, celebrating over 60 years in business. Originally known as Data Communications, the firm was purchased in 1993 by Jack Tipton and re-named Da-Com Corporation. The company has grown every year since. Da-Com continues to be family owned. Second generation owners serve as active members of the Board of Directors.
Da-Com is the exclusive distributor of Ricoh-Lanier copiers, printers, and fax machines in the St. Louis area. The firm also distributes Toshiba, Riso and Standard lines to about 5,000 customers in a 120-mile radius of St. Louis, and designs and builds computer networks. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, private businesses, schools and not-for-profit organizations.
Clients rely on Da-Com for outstanding customer service. The company has won Lanier’s prestigious Gold award for 17 consecutive years. In fact, in an independent testing of Lanier service technicians, Da-Com has the number one and number three top service professionals in the nation.
Da-Com has recently launched its newest division, Managed Print Services, with focus on Hewlett Packard products.

September 11, 2007-Da-Com presented a check for $20,000 to representatives of Special Olympics in Missouri and Illinois. Da-Com served as a presenting sponsor for Special Olympics at game sites in Fenton, MO and Edwardsville, IL.
Da-Com's Chuck Mossman Receives Lanier's Top Gold Service Manager's Award
August 15, 2007-Chuck Mossman, Da-Com's Vice-President of Service, received the prestigious Gold Manager's award from Ricoh-Lanier Worldwide. The award is presented to the top five Lanier service managers nationwide whose departments provide outstanding technical service and customer support. He ranked number one among all service managers tested.
Da-Com's Keith Brown Named Top Service Technician in the Nation
August 8, 2007-Keith Brown, a Supervisor and Service Technician with Da-Com, was named the number one service technician in the nation by Ricoh-Lanier Worldwide Inc. Brown was recognized among the hundreds who work with Lanier equipment throughout the United States.
