In 1964, Ronald Wagner opened Wagner Motor Sales in Boylston, Massachusetts. It started out as a used car lot and then progressed to AMC. In 1980, Mr. Wagner started a Mercedes-Benz franchise. Just a few years later, he also started BMW (1988), Audi (1994), Jaguar (1998), and Land Rover (2004) dealerships.

In between adding franchises to the Boylston location, Ronald Wagner realized that there was not a state-of-the-art body shop located in the Worcester area. In 1987, Body Shop World by Wagner opened its doors for business (located less than 1 mile from the Boylston dealership).

With the success of the Boylston dealership and the demand for a BMW dealer in the Western part of Massachusetts, BMW of North America felt that Wagner Motor Sales should expand, and it did! Wagner BMW of West Springfield opened its doors in 1996.

Because our Boylston location could not expand any further, we built one more dealership! On December 10th, 2003, Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury opened its doors for business.

The Service department at BMW of West Springfield is the place to bring your BMW for all of its repair and maintenance needs. Our service commitment to you began the moment you chose your BMW. Being the areas only exclusive BMW center, our technicians are trained only to service BMWs. Together in a team effort with BMW of North America, we are constantly training our technicians with all of the most current service procedures for you BMW. We have also provided them with the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available to keep your BMW "the ultimate driving machine". We also offer Paintless Dent Repair and Vehicle Reconditioning to keep your BMW looking new.

We proudly give free shuttle service in the Springfield – Holyoke area and provide BMW loaner cars by reservation.
