Our Company
Founded in 1989 with the opening of its initial store in Atlanta, Georgia, K&G Fashion
Superstore is one of the fastest growing retailers in the country. By 1994, the Company had grown to 8 stores. In January 1996, K&G completed its first public offering and by 1997 had grown to 25 stores in 14 states. In June 1999, with 35 stores, K&G completed a merger with The Men’s Warehouse (MW). With the merger complete, K&G added 10 existing stores from The Men’s Warehouse division and was able to grow to 47 stores by the end of 1999. Today, K&G operates more than 90 stores in 30 states and plans to open additional stores on a regular basis.

K&G Fashion Superstore sells men's and ladies apparel and accessories. K&G stores
offer first-quality, current season merchandise consisting of all major categories of
apparel, including business attire, casual wear, formal wear, luggage, outerwear, and
footwear at discounted prices. K&G Fashion Superstore operates over 90 stores, including five K&G Suit Warehouse stores in metropolitan Detroit.
